Haute Friture in Antwerp is not your average snack bar. The name already says it, here they serve quality food. At Haute Friture they care about the environment. They try to limit their waste by using cardboard plates and wooden cutlery in stead of plastic. They only use biodegradable materials. Besides the obvious dishes that you can expect at a snack bar, it is also possible to get spaghetti’s and salads. Their house-speciality is called Godelieve; it’s a dish with bacon sausage and tomato sauce, which is recommended with fries.

For those of you that love ice cream, this must be the ultimate experience! For us it was, we loved every piece of the action and of the result. Perfect example of personalising your own ice cream from a wide selection of scoops, toppings, fruit and sauces. No wonder they are expanding so rapidly! They are now 1.350 outlets further and we hope they are coming to Europe soon; look at their site. They are aggressively looking for international partners!
