The duck-series was made for the Danish culinairy magazine Gastro. The idea was to show different ways of preparing duck (in Denmark – especially around Christmas – duck is served in a traditional way, with sugar coated potatoes). The chef featured in this series is René Jensen from Restaurant Substans in Århus. René is inspired by both the Nordic and French cuisine.
